Penguins: Game 2 Notes

• Where was this Penguins powerplay against Tampa Bay last year? If they had half of the production in the seven games of that series that they've had in two games this year, they would have been fighting into June.

• I really hope Evgeni Malkin is able to play most games this season. It's not a good sign that he's banged up already. 

• The Penguins have role players like no other team. Not only do they do the job they're asked to do, but every player is capable of putting up points on the stat sheet as well.
